Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification & Reporting Course

Price: £1150.00 (Inc. VAT & Certification Fees)

Course Details

This course is delivered over 7 days or 12 evenings including all assessments.  It has been developed in conjunction with IET, NICEIC, ECA and Summit Skills and verified by Ofqual.  Studying this qualification is a direct alternative to the City & Guilds 2391-52 course.  This course is a popular replacement to the City & Guilds version as it is fully recognised by the Joint Industry Board (JIB) and can be used as evidence for grading as an Approved Electrician.

This award is ideal for qualified electricians wishing to update their knowledge of electrical installation skills in inspection, testing and commissioning, periodic inspection, testing and condition reporting.  It is a crucial step in becoming an approved electrician and will help to consolidate your technical skills and knowledge.

This qualification will help you to develop your knowledge and practical skills required to professionally design, install, inspect and test electrical installations.  It is designed to give you the understanding of the principles, practices and legislation for the initial and periodic verification of electrical installations.

This course includes theory and practical hands on training to help with understanding and to consolidate the learner’s prior skill sets, using our practice rigs for single and three phase installations.
